Purchasing and Information

Our puppies are raised in our home.  We are not a puppy mill.  These are our babies, and are part of the family.  Puppies are handled and loved on daily from the day they are born.  All puppies go to their new homes with at least their first shots, worming, and dew claws removed.  They are started on potty training before they leave here.  They are sent home with toy, blanket or bed with mommy's and siblings scent, food they have been eating, their shot information and lifetime support.  References are available upon request.  Puppies do not leave for their new homes until at least the age of 8 weeks, and at least two pounds.  We reserve the right to hold a puppy longer if we feel it is necessary.

The older the puppy is, the more accurately we can estimate the adult weight.  General rule of thumb is... 8 week weight x 3.2, 12 week old weight x 2.25 and 16 weeks x 1.75  This is just a guideline and other factors are considered when estimating the future adult size of a puppy.   We cannot guarantee the adult size of any puppy but will do our absolute best to give an honest estimate of his/her expected adult size. 

Price is based on several factors including but not limited to size, pedigree, confirmation, and color.  There are 3 basic sized that I get and those are as follows.

                                                 Teacup

                                     3 to 6 pounds as an Adult

   This size is very, very rare and extremly hard to find.  This is the size that everybody seems  to want and the very tiny 3 and 4 pounders are few and far between.  You can expect these very little one's to have to stay with us a bit longer as they typically do not reach 2 pounds until at least 12 to 15 weeks old and sometimes longer for the really tiny one's.

                                                             Imperial

                                            6 to 9 pounds as an Adult

  This size is also hard to find, but not as hard as the Teacup size.  They are typically ready

   to go to their new homes between 8 and 12 weeks.  They will be near 2 to 2 1/2 pounds at 8

   weeks old in most cases.

                                                       Tiny Type (Small Standard)

                                                 9 to 11 pounds as an Adult

  I don't get too many of these but because all of the Imperial Size Shih Tzu have the larger

   standard size behind them somewhere, it does happen.  This size can be shown in AKC

   sanctioned shows.  Because I am so selective with my adults, all my babies regardless of

   size are quite beautiful. 

       

If you are interested in purchasing one of our  puppies, a holding fee in the form of cash, money order credit card through pay pal, is required in the amount of at least 1/3 of the purchase price.  This holding fee will be applied to the purchase price of the puppy you have chosen to purchase.  Personal checks will NOT be accepted for deposits, or final payment.  This holding fee is NON - refundable if you decided that one of our puppies is not for you.  If you pick out a puppy and you are local, it will be held for 24 hours pending receipt of the holding fee, pay pal holding fee's are also required within 24 hours.  If you are out of state and must mail your payment, puppy will be held for 5 days pending receipt of bank money order or cashier's check.  After that time, if holding fee is not received the puppy will be placed again for sale.  If I cannot produce the puppy that you put your deposit on due to illness or the death of that puppy, you have the option of a return of your deposit, or a replacement puppy of equal quality.  Puppy must be paid for IN FULL including any shipping costs by the time he/she is 8 weeks old and at least one week prior to agreed upon ship/pick up date for your puppy or puppy will be re-listed for sale. 

The breeder has the right to refuse to sell to anyone, and the breeder has the right to refuse the sale of a puppy anytime before it is picked up or shipped if the breeder feels the sale is not in the best interest of the puppy and a full refund of any deposit will be returned if breeder cannot or will not produce the puppy.
